1. No purchase is necessary.

2. All entrants must be a minimum of 18 years of age by June 23, 2008, a resident of 104.1 KRBE’s broadcast area as determined by Arbitron (arbitron in determined by listening area and tower reach and can not be specific to zip codes) for a minimum of 30 days prior to the start date of this contest, may not be a current Green Mountain Energy Company customer, must reside within an area that is serviceable by Green Mountain Energy Company, and must meet all eligibility criteria for Green Mountain Energy electricity® service. 3. All contests are open to the general public except for employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates of 104.1 KRBE, Cumulus Broadcasting LLC, Energy Brands Inc. d/b/a glaceau & Green Mountain Energy Company, their immediate families, and household members

4. An individual may win an on-going contest only once per 30 day period unless otherwise specifically stated.  An individual may win other seasonal or one-time contests only once for the duration of the contest.

5. Management reserves the right to change the rules at any time.

6. The contest will begin on Monday, June 23, 2008, and will run through, Tuesday, July 22, 2008.

7. Log onto www.104KRBE.com and complete the official entry form for this sweepstakes with your complete name, street address (P.O. box), date of birth, daytime and evening phone number, e-mail address and your natural resource conservation tip.  One winner will be selected at random on or about Wednesday, July 23, 2008.  Winner will be notified by 104 KRBE Radio.  The Grand Prize winner will receive a $1500 credit for Green Mountain Energy electricity® service, and a year’s supply (12 cases of vitaminenergy – 144 total cans, to consist of the following flavors: 48 Tropical Citrus, 48 Dragon Fruit and 48 Fruit Punch) of Vitamin Energy Beverage (Retail Value: $288).  The total retail value of the grand prize will be $1788.

8. PRIZE INFORMATION:  In order to receive the grand prize, the service address of the winner must be within an area within the 104.1 KRBE’s broadcast area as determined by Arbitron (determined by listening area and tower reach) and within an area that is serviceable by Green Mountain Energy Company in Texas. The Grand Prize winner will be issued a $1500 credit to their Green Mountain Energy Company Account. Any winner of this prize will not have to pay the electricity provider any additional sums in order to use this prize (no charges for equipment or any such thing of that nature. The credit will begin with the first Green Mountain Energy Company invoice received after the winner is determined.  Once the winner has exhausted the $1500 credit, then the winner will be responsible for the payment of all and any remaining balances, as well as all future Green Mountain Energy electricity® service.  The winner is not obligated to sign an agreement that requires them to use this service for a set period of time or beyond the credit.  When the credit is used, the winner will be able to drop the electrical service with no penalties.    Once the credit is fully used, then the prize shall be considered as “fulfilled.”  

9. All State, Local, Federal and or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner.  All those who win a prize / prizes valued at over $600 will be issued an IRS form 1099 to report their winnings.

10. All prizes are awarded “as is.”   Gifts are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash or substituted, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

11. The station shall not be responsible for the failure of participating sponsors to deliver prizes as promised.

12. All entrants and winners agree that Green Mountain Energy Company: Energy Brands Inc, d/b/a glaceau: the station, Cumulus Broadcasting, LLC, and their affiliates: shall have no liability and shall be held blameless for any injury, misfortune, or damage to either persons or property insured by entering, participating in, winning, or losing any contest by use or non-use of any prize received.

13. All prizes must be claimed in person at the station during regular business hours and within ten business days of winning, excluding holidays.  After such time, ownership of said prize reverts back to the station to be disposed of at their discretion.  The winner then loses all claims and rights to said prize.

14. Proper identification must be presented to claim prize.  Winners will be asked to fill out a Winner’s Affidavit and Release.

15. All entry blanks, forms devices and materials, as well as all the information contained on or within, gathered during the course of entry, shall become the sole property of the station to be used, disposed of or destroyed at the discretion of the station.  Such use including, but not limited to, enrolling entrant in one or more of the station’s listener clubs and sending entrant correspondence and solicitations with regard to such clubs.  Further Cumulus Broadcasting LLC is not responsible for lost, mutilated, illegible, misdirected, late, stolen, incorrect or incomplete entries. 104.1 KRBE and Cumulus Broadcasting are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information entered by website users, and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the website.   

16. All entrants and winners agree that the station may broadcast or publish their name, city of residence, photo, video tape, film or any other likeness, including their voice, recorded or live, for any reason the station deems necessary without compensation.  All entrants further agree to hold the station blameless and without liability for such publication, broadcast or use.

17. 104.1 KRBE, Green Mountain Energy Company, Energy Brands Inc, d/b/a glaceau and Cumulus Broadcasting LLC reserve the right to change any of this promotion and or the promotional elements and, or reserve the right to end a contest at any time without any advanced notice to the public.

18. 104.1 KRBE reserves the right to limit the number of times an individual may enter a contest or drawing.

19. 104.1 KRBE reserves the right to require contestants or their representative via written proxy to be present at drawings in order to win their prize.

20. 104.1 KRBE and Cumulus Broadcasting LLC reserve the right to change any of this promotion and or the promotional elements.  Odds of winning are based on the number eligible entries received. 

21. Violations of any of these rules or attempts to win any contest by fraud, deception, or cheating shall be grounds for the station to disqualify that individual from participating in all current and future contests and events at the sole discretion of the station, as well as forfeiture of any prize or prizes won by fraudulent means.
