How old do you have to be to sign-up to be a KRBE
Insider?
You must be a Texas resident and 13 years of
age or older to sign-up. |

I have a 104 CARD, do I need to sign up again to
be a KRBE Insider?
No. If you are currently a 104 CARD holder
then you are automatically a KRBE Insider too and
there is no need to sign-up again. Since you are
already in the database you can continue to enjoy
the privileges of being a "preferred listener"
without any interruption. |

What do I do if I need to change any of my
information (i.e. address, phone numbers, e-mail
address, or name)?
You can update your information and make any
necessary changes by e-mailing us at

I lost my 104 CARD,
how can I get another one?
Unfortunately, the 104 CARD will no longer
be made and sent out to individuals. If you lost
your card and would like your number e-mailed to
you, please write to
mailbox@104krbe.com
and send us your full name and birthdate and
someone will reply back to you with your card
number. |

What's the difference between being a 104 CARD
holder and a KRBE Insider?
The biggest difference is that new members
will not receive a plastic card and a number. Other
than that, the KRBE Insider is still a membership
that will allow you to receive great discounts,
special concert ticket offers, and it also includes
text messages from KRBE and the 104.1 KRBE
Newsletter delivered to your e-mail box every week
(you must opt in to receive text messages and
e-mails from us). |
