HISD make-up
day set for Feb. 9
HISD closed its
schools Wednesday due to weather. The next scheduled weather
make-up day is set for February 9. That had been planned as a
teacher work day and a student holiday, but students will be
required now to come to school that day because of the
unexpected holiday. It's one of two days this semester set
aside as bad weather make-up days if needed. HISD will hold
classes on Thursday.
